Specialist Disability Accommodation
WMQ provides purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation with 24-hour care, including shared group homes and private apartments. These communities are open to people aged 18-65 years with NDIS funding, dependent on availability.
Location: Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
Home and community supports for daily living
- Support at home
Assistance with daily activities (such as personal care and house chores), life skills (such as cooking, budgeting and shopping), and minor home modifications to support independent living.
Location: we service Brisbane and surrounding regions.
- Support with community and social participation
We support your community and social engagement in two ways:
- Transport: driving you to social events and activities.
- Structured activities: In Brisbane, we have various social groups, as well as social outings, day trips and day programs at our respite centres in Petrie, Arana Hills, Morningside, and Sinnamon Park. Our experienced staff and volunteers help find activities that match your interests and abilities, with meals included depending on your needs and visit length.
- Day respite centres
Centre-based day respite provides temporary relief for caregivers. Our respite centres are open, welcoming and inclusive. You will have access to an array of day programs, activities, social groups and social outings, and we’ll support you to participate in activities that suit your interest and abilities.
- Overnight respite
Hadden Place is the only specialised overnight and day respite centre in Brisbane West. You'll have the option to get involved in our regular programs of activities and social events. Overnight respite is aimed to provide temporary relief for caregivers.

Arts programs across Brisbane
Wesley Arts offers creative workshops in singing, drumming, visual arts, TV, film, animation, digital arts, drama, dance, and more, across Brisbane and online.
Career pathways and supported employment
- Creative Career pathways
Wesley Arts offers a range of creative career pathways that include 1:1 career support mentorships, residencies, exhibition and performance opportunities and music/art-practice development. These programs are supported by the NDIS and are open to all ages over 15.
- Post-school work readiness - School Leaver Employment Support (ELES)
The ORCA Project supports young people transitioning from school to work. The NDIS-approved program offers training for people aged 17 - 21 years in Brisbane. We give you the skills you need for success in the workforce and the chance to learn about the type of work that's meaningful to you.
- Supported employment
Wesley Industries is a non-judgemental, understanding employer, offering supported employment for people of all ages living with disability. We focus on making work enjoyable. We’re also easy to get to - Wesley Industries is located only a short walk from the Rocklea train station, in Brisbane.
Health and wellbeing
- Allied health services for disability
Comprehensive health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietetics, and more.

- Hydrotherapy
One-on-one hydrotherapy sessions for adults and children with complex physical needs.

- Hydrotherapy for adults: Sinnamon Park, Brisbane West, at Fulton Wellbeing Centre.
- Hydrotherapy for children: Chermside, at Hummingbird House
Children’s hospice
Hummingbird House is Queensland’s only children’s hospice. We provide short break stays, family support services, creative therapies, and care at the end of life and after death, for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
