Our ORCA Project participants aren't just making coffees, they're gaining real life work experience to develop skills and confidence for future employment! The ORCA Project provides job readiness training and a supportive environment for young people living with a disability so they can discover future employment opportunities, such as working in a restaurant or café ☕
