Cyclone Alfred update

Changes to services and other key information.

Tropical Cyclone Alfred is due to cross south east Queensland from Thursday, potentially impacting some of WMQ’s services. For emergency assistance, call the Queensland State Emergency Service on 132 500 (for assistance with storm damage, rising flood water, fallen trees on buildings or roof damage).

The safety and wellbeing of customers and employees remains our highest priority. WMQ is closely monitoring advice from authorities, with a dedicated response team responding as required.
