Julia is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Aurora Health Care Australia and Director of iMH, a joint venture business between Aurora and Medibank. She has over 25 years of executive experience in Hospitals, Health and Aged Care services in Australia, at a C-Suite Executive and Board Director level. Career highlights include Aged Care and Hospital service expansion across Australia through greenfield developments and implementation of innovative care models.
Julia is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Aged Service Management, and Bachelor of Nursing. Julia has served on a range of boards currently holding positions as Executive Director on the Board of Aurora Health Care and Board Director role at iMH. Both businesses provide private Mental Health Hospital and Health Care services through a hospital network of 17 sites across Australia. Previously she has held Non- Executive Director position for Allity Aged Care one of Australia’s largest Aged Care providers.
In addition to her board experience Julia has had over 15 years of experience in the Aged Care industry in executive and management positions, having worked as Regional Director for Uniting Care Ageing NSW/ACT prior to her most recent role with Aurora Health Care.
