providing them with their individual support needs that they need,
emphasizing their independence with everything that they do,
going out into the community, providing support out there, doing
all sorts of different activities.
Letting them pick what they want to do, and then going along with that
and providing the best support that you can to assist them.

As CEO of Wesley Mission Queensland, I am privileged to lead our people in truly making a difference in the lives of others.
