Our nursing staff are registered nurses with specialised training in supporting people in the community to maintain and manage a range of health issues.

Our nurses can assist with:

• Managing medications
• Comprehensive assessments and management
• Changing wound dressings and wound care
• Monitoring blood pressure
• Catheter care
• Oxygen care
• Other clinical care needs as advised by your doctor such as diabetes reviews, nursing assessments, care reviews and health monitoring, and palliative care support.
